CCILU donates 100,000 pairs of shoes to S4S' travel program!

We’re so excited that Ccilu USA has chosen to sponsor Soles4Souls’ Travel Program, distributing 100,000 pairs of new Ccilu shoes in a number of countries, including Haiti, Honduras, Tanzania, communities across Europe and Asia. In May, Ccilu partnered with us for “Soles4Summer,” donating 10,000 pairs of brand new Ccilu’s—specifically built for the summer months—to students across 41 Metro Nashville Public Schools. Warner Music contributed $10,000 to the program.

The event is chronicled in the documentary short, “The Path,” a trailer for which can be seen on Ccilu’s YouTube channel.

“Our connection with Soles4Souls is profound. Their work has been an inspiration to us,” said Ccilu Footwear CEO Wilson Hsu. “Our Step Forward, Give Back program will include several charitable organizations in the US.”

“Wilson and Ccilu have already demonstrated their commitment to helping wear out poverty with their donation last May to 10,000 school kids in Nashville. Now Ccilu is dialing up their impact even more by delivering 100,000 pairs of shoes to use globally,” said Soles4Souls President & CEO Buddy Teaster. “Ccilu wants to liberate people by giving them an opportunity for new shoes and a better life. Together, we can provide new ways to create and expand our work to help make the world a better place.”
