“Give a person a fish, they eat for a day; teach a person to fish and they eat for a lifetime.”
Soles4Souls’ micro-enterprise program is designed to create real economic change in developing nations.
We utilize new or gently-worn shoes and clothing as a resource for individuals to start and sustain a small business (a micro-enterprise) of their own in places where job opportunities don’t exist.
Every day children are prevented from attending school; adults are unable to work. Walking becomes unbearable. A new pair of shoes provides relief in developing nations, in times of disaster, and helps bridge the economic gap.
With your help, we can provide a life-changing solution: a good pair of shoes.
Soles4Souls was founded as a disaster relief organization after philanthropists and shoe executives provided footwear to those most impacted by The Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 and Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Soles4Souls was officially formed as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in 2006.
We continue to act as second wave responders providing footwear and clothing to those In need during times of disaster.
Donate footwear or apparel to take advantage of advanced tax deduction, alleviate warehouse space, promote sustainability and give back to those in need.
Provide new opportunities for those in need AND give back to the environment by collecting as many shoes as you can.
We focus on driving brand exposure, customer engagement and revenue for our partner companies. Our partners have the ability to develop distinctive customer and employee engagement opportunities.
