Yes, we do accept mismatched shoes and single shoe donations from individuals. We also work with our our footwear brand partners to pair their singles, samples, and more. If you are a brand partner, please contact [email protected] for more information.
We accept all styles, sizes, and types of shoes and clothing, if they still have some “life” left in them. This means no holes, mold, etc. A good rule of thumb is, if you could wear them, we can use them!
You can donate your shoes at any of our drop off locations —just click here to find one near your. You can also ship your shoes directly to us, or if you have fewer than 15 pairs, bring them to your nearest DSW or Famous Footwear store.
While the free shipping label program has officially ended, your donations remain as vital as ever. Every single pair helps create opportunity, restore dignity, and divert shoes from landfills—impact that changes lives around the world.
Unfortunately, the IRS rules around this are very strict and do not allow us, the nonprofit, to place a value on your donations. It is up to the donor to assign a value to the product that they are donating.
