Primary Responsibilities:

• Overseeing accounting operations in U.S. and across all international locations including Canada,

Europe and Asia

• Completing the monthly closing within the first 10 days of each month ensuring that every aspect of

S4S finances are analyzed, documented and properly interpreted

• Reviewing monthly inventory entries in NetSuite including Gifts in Kind valuations

• Producing monthly financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow

statements, functional expense reports and accounts receivable reports.

• Reviewing daily cash sheet and bank accounts and conducting active bank reconciliation in

NetSuite

• Ensuring compliance with U.S tax regulations as well as tax regulations in international locations

• Managing annual audits including international auditing

• Supervising the Accounting Manager responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable

and the Financial Analyst

• Working with the CFO, update and maintain strong financial policies and internal controls across all

operations safeguarding assets and preventing fraud while ensuring consistency in financial

processes

• Working closely with HR, maintain accuracy in payroll processing both in the U.S. and international

locations ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations.

• Working with the CFO to ensure annual budgeting processes occur timely

• Participating in any special projects requested by the Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting Management and Audit Management

• Strong familiarity with the NetSuite ERP accounting platform required• Experience with international accounting/auditing a plus

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Exemplary planning and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects

• Some travel to headquarters and warehouse locations may be required.

• Valid driver’s license

Competitive salary.
