Help kids experiencing homelessness in Greater St. Louis kick off the new school year in confidence.

Child homelessness is here.

13,744 kids in St. Louis are experiencing homelessness; but why give shoes to kids without homes?

A good pair of shoes can change a child’s future.

Kids who receive new shoes have more confidence, attend school more regularly, and are more physically active.
While many organizations are focused on the critical needs of food and shelter, school officials tell us shoes are essential for students to succeed in school.

The gift of shoes walks children into positive peer interaction, improved attendance, hearty self-esteem, and reduces ridicule. Our students dance, sing, and smile upon receipt of new shoes.

– DR. THOMAS-MURRAY, St. Louis Public Schools

As a St. Louis native with deep family roots in the shoe industry, I am passionate about the 4EveryKid mission. There is no better investment than our youth, which is why I am advancing this effort to provide new shoes to all kids in Greater St. Louis experiencing homelessness. The need is great, and I hope that you will join me.
